Shipping Information
We ship using certified mail services including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. A tracking number is always provided unless the product specifically states that it includes standard untracked shipping.
Standard Shipping
Our default shipping method is USPS First Class Mail. Estimated delivery times can be viewed on the provided shipping map (SEE MAP ETA).
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping has been temporarily suspended due to significant delays experienced across all carriers during the current pandemic period.
Delivery Timeframes
Once an item is shipped from our workshop, delivery within the United States typically takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on the selected shipping method. International orders may require additional time.
Processing Time
Orders are prepared within 24 hours after payment is received and are shipped out the same day or the following business day—except for items marked with a green dot (see below).
Green Dot Items
Some products are marked with a green dot, indicating they may require additional time to ship due to high demand and production delays.

These are not pre-order items; they are in stock but may take extra days to complete.

Items may still ship on time, and many customers receive their packages within the usual 4–9 day timeframe, plus the stated delay.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, you will receive a notification via email or SMS containing your tracking number, estimated delivery date, order number, invoice, and other shipment details.
Please note: If your order includes a green dot item, tracking information may be generated before the package is physically shipped. This means part of your kit is ready, and the rest is being finalized. Rest assured, your order is being prepared and will ship as soon as all components are complete.
